Where we ship

United Kingdom.

Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 12–16 working days from dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees — Highlands, islands and other remote postcodes can take longer.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. You'll receive a tracking number by email the day after your order is placed, plus automatic status updates roughly every 48 hours while it's in transit.

Duties and taxes

Your order ships from overseas. Prices at checkout include all applicable duties, import VAT and taxes for delivery within the UK, so nothing extra is payable on delivery.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay.

Delays and lost parcels

If tracking hasn't moved for 10 working days, email info@shopwagbury.com with your order number. We'll chase the carrier or send a replacement.

Wrong address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it's wrong, email us within 24 hours and we'll fix it if the order hasn't gone out.
