- From you: name, email, delivery address, phone number, order details, and the dog's name if you order an embroidered name plate. Card details go straight to our payment processor — we never see or store them.
- Automatically: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring site, via cookies and similar technologies.
- From partners: order and delivery status from our fulfilment and shipping providers.

Marketing
We only send marketing emails if you opted in. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, or email info@shopwagbury.com and we'll remove you.

Retention
